• Register for a new webinar titled “AutoDesigner, a De Novo Design Algorithm for Rapidly Exploring Large Chemical Space for Lead Optimization”, on May 12^th, 2022, at 4 pm BST / 11 am EDT / 8 am PDT. Karl Leswing, Machine Learning Lead at Schrödinger, will describe applications to the design and synthesis of D-amino acid oxidase inhibitors with AutoDesigner, a novel molecular design algorithm that allows for a more effective sampling of the chemical space.
• View the February webinar “Combining Robotics and Machine Learning for Accelerated Drug Discovery. Our speaker, Martin-Immanuel Bittner, MD, DPhil, FRSA, reviewed successfully implemented case studies that show how the combination of robotics and AI/ ML lead to accelerated project timelines and superior research outputs. A French journal, Mind Health, covered this event in a separate paper (in French), “Designing a Molecule in 3 Years Rather Than 10”.
• The AI in the Lab theme will be expanded upon in the Pistoia Alliance Spring Conference Driving Patient Centricity in R&D on April 6^th, 2022. Registrations are now open for this members-only event. Erin Davis, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Informatics, Schrödinger, will talk about “The Lab of The Future is Less Lab: Utilizing a Highly Predictive Digital Chemistry Strategy to Accelerate Discovery”.
